Remove pico port.. we have pico-alpine anyway and this is getting quite stale.

Remove the staroffice ports. I have nothing against them, but this is old, untested and we have open office linux ports anyway.
This is a WIP but I want to save what I've got so far so I can work on it from home.
Remove joe version 2. joe 3.5 and jupp remain. Fix conflicts on both ports as well as the vim ports we updated moments ago. In the vim case, make sure that vim-lite and vim do not conflict with themselves.
Remove vim6. Users can run vim 7 now and it's a hassle to maintain dupicate ports of something this trivial.
add simple xfce4 editor
Remove vim5 port. This makes our lives a lot easier as it is one less port that needs LATEST_LINK. It makes no sense to maintain 3 versions of vim anyway. 6 or 7 should be sufficient.
Move staroffice in german here.
This is a work in progress. OpenOffice 2.4 for linux. This port is running for me on my amd64 mnbsd install. It was based on the NetBSD port, and I haven't cleaned it up yet. Expect revisions.
