Make a few subtle adjustments to this port.
1. We don't need to cat the pkg message, this is auto in mnbsd
2. We don't support the Alpha
3. We know what version of FreeBSD code we can support, no need for version checks.
4. Whitespace nits.

remove packlists from the plist of perl ports. We don't need packlists, we
don't want packlists, and they contain the fake destdir.

Ascii art is a big no no. Remove it from pkg-message.
We don't support the Alpha so remove the pkg-plist and Makefile references.

Welcome back FreeBSD 4.x compatibility! We missed you!
Since we don't have two cases, we'll just use pkg-plist.
The ldconfig steps are handled automatically according to ctriv (per compat5x commit) We'll do the same here.

Fake fixes. LD_CONFIG crap can be removed from the install sequence, as
pkg_add runs this for us (provided that the plist is correct, which in this
case, it is).

importing unclutter into mports:
unclutter removes the cursor image from the screen so that it does not
obstruct the area you are looking at after it has not moved for a
given time. It does not do this if the cursor is in the root window or
a button is down. It tries to ignore jitter (small movements due to
noise) if you have a mouse that twitches.
