We're not making anything on these ads.  We'll keep google, bu the rest need to go.

Add german language links to more pages.  Standardize the order of the languages and add the developer blog link.

Add some updates on progress and the fact we plan to use Etoile.

clarify the license text as people thought we wanted GPL code in the tree or something.  We prefer the BSD license, but we must use other code.  Everybody has to do it after all.
