  prowld, prowlctl: rewrite and expand man pages

Add CONFIGURATION FILE, SOCKET ACTIVATION, READY NOTIFICATION,
READ-ONLY MEDIA, SIGNALS, and DIAGNOSTICS sections to prowld.8.
Document all unit file fields, runtime path globals, and the -s flag.

Rewrite prowlctl.8: fix --json synopsis macro, correct --enabled filter
description, add DIAGNOSTICS section, expand EXAMPLES (graph/logs/mask),
remove stale Phase 1 note from daemon-reexec, update FILES and SEE ALSO,
fix AUTHORS macro.
