  prowlctl.8: prefer doas(1) over sudo in diagnostics and SEE ALSO

doas ships in the MidnightBSD base system; sudo is a port/package.
Mention doas alongside su(1) in the privilege diagnostic, note sudo
is only available if installed, and add doas(1)/su(1) to SEE ALSO.
