  sysutils/backuppc: Fix fake stage and path leaks

- Fix double-prefixing of the configuration directory by using TRUE_PREFIX.
- Clean up leaked FAKE_DESTDIR paths in web documentation.
- Remove orphan .bak files created by REINPLACE_CMD during staging.
- Bump PORTREVISION.
