  databases/rubygem-activemodel72: add activesupport to BUILD_DEPENDS

fake-qa checks gemspec runtime dependencies via gem list, but Magus
only installs BUILD_DEPENDS before building. Adding activesupport72
to BUILD_DEPENDS ensures it is present during the QA check.
