  databases/xapian-core: update to 2.0.0

Major version update. Switch to C++17 (USE_CXXSTD/compiler:c++17-lang), drop
pathfix from USES, and bump CONFLICTS_INSTALL to xapian-core14. SONAME goes from
libxapian.so.30 to libxapian.so.45, so consumers (p5-Xapian, py-xapian,
ruby-xapian, php-xapian, lua-xapian, dovecot24, libzim, doxygen, akonadi-search,
et al.) need rebuilding.
