  devel/p5-Test2-Suite: remove obsolete port, merged into p5-Test-Simple

The Test2::Suite modules (Test2::V0, Test2::Tools::*, Test2::AsyncSubtest,
Test2::Bundle::*, etc.) are now shipped by the Test-Simple distribution, so the
separate p5-Test2-Suite port collided with p5-Test-Simple >= 1.302200 (both own
Test2/AsyncSubtest.pm and friends). Migrate the 8 consumers to p5-Test-Simple
and add a MOVED entry, mirroring FreeBSD (which removed it 2024-08-15).
