  rubygem-gnome: update components to 4.3.4

Magus run 641 failed cairo-gobject and gobject-introspection fake-qa because their 4.2.9 gemspecs required glib2 = 4.2.9 while the tree already provides rubygem-glib2 4.3.4.

Update the remaining Ruby-GNOME companion gems to 4.3.4, refresh distinfo, and use 4.3 minor-series dependency bounds so mport accepts installed provider packages with port revisions.

Also declare the direct libraries now linked by rubygem-pango so fake-qa covers its native extension dependencies.
