  graphics/nvidia-texture-tools: fix build and plist

Use the license file present in the current distfile, drop obsolete patches, add the MidnightBSD execinfo link patch, and update pkg-plist for the current install layout.

Validated with clean patch/fake/package and portlint. The local fake emitted a gconftool/libxml2 warning while installing the thumbnailer schema, but package creation succeeded.
