  x11/xvinfo: update to 1.1.6 (#636)

Updates `x11/xvinfo` from 1.1.5 to 1.1.6 (X.Org announcement
2026-07-11).

## Changes
- `PORTVERSION` 1.1.5 → 1.1.6; regenerated `distinfo` (SHA256 matches
the upstream announcement).

## Upstream
Adds `-help` option and `--help`/`--version` aliases, man page lint
fixes, optional meson build support (autoconf still default).

## Validation (amd64)
`bmake` + `bmake fake` succeed; plist unchanged.
