Updates `x11/xstdcmap` from 1.0.5 to 1.0.6 (X.Org announcement
2026-07-11).

## Changes
- `PORTVERSION` 1.0.5 → 1.0.6; regenerated `distinfo` (SHA256 matches
the upstream announcement).

## Upstream
Bypass Xrm for `-help`/`-version`, man page formatting/lint fixes,
optional meson build support (autoconf still default — port unchanged in
build system).

`bmake` + `bmake fake` succeed; plist unchanged.
