  magus: Upgrade templates to Bootstrap 5

- Replace Bootstrap 3 and Bootswatch Flatly CDN links with Bootstrap 5.3.3.
- Retain jQuery 3.6.3 for existing AJAX functions in templates and magus.js.
- Upgrade navbar to Bootstrap 5 responsive collapse/expand markup.
- Change legacy col-md-offset-* grid styles to offset-md-*, and row-fluid to row.
- Modernize index jumbotron and media components using d-flex and spacing helpers.
- Replace legacy btn-default with btn-secondary and label label-* classes with badge bg-*.
- Add form-select class to dropdown menus and mb-3 to form group structures.
