  magus: Fix Bootstrap 5 flexbox grid column alignment in templates

- Merge column grid classes directly onto semantic section elements
- Remove redundant nesting div wrappers so columns are direct children of row containers
- Fixes vertical stacking issue for side-by-side elements on index and port pages
