  www/gitlab-pages: fix fake install paths (#664)

Uses the fake-rooted DATADIR and PREFIX directly in install and
plist-generation hooks.\n\nFixes Magus run 643 fake-stage plist
failure.\n\nValidation: bmake -n fake; git diff --check.
