  mail/p5-Mail-DMARC: remove stale plist entries (#663)

Removes obsolete jqGrid static asset entries no longer installed by
Mail-DMARC.\n\nFixes Magus run 643 fake-stage plist
failure.\n\nValidation: bmake NO_DEPENDS=yes fake; bmake NO_DEPENDS=yes
package; git diff --check.

## Summary by Sourcery

Remove obsolete static asset entries from the p5-Mail-DMARC packaging
plist to align with current installed files.

Build:
- Clean up pkg-plist by dropping unused jqGrid asset entries that are no
longer installed by the port.

Chores:
- Resolve fake-stage plist mismatches reported by Magus by updating the
Mail-DMARC package list.
