  mail/libetpan: update to 1.10.1

The shared library soname changes from libetpan.so.20 to
libetpan.so.26, so bump PORTREVISION on mail/claws-mail, the only
dependent in mports.  No headers were added, removed or renamed, so
claws-mail needs only a rebuild.

Built and packaged on amd64.
