  mail/fetchmail: update to 6.6.6

MASTER_SITES must move to branch_6.6/ or the distfile is unfetchable.

Also reset the hard PORTREVISION in the fetchmailconf slave port,
which would otherwise stick at 6.6.6_1.

pkg-plist gains the new Italian message catalog.

Built and packaged on amd64 with GSSAPI disabled; see the PR for the
validation gap.
