  mail/geary: update to 46.0

Fix two latent dependency errors while here: mports security/gcr is
4.3.0 and does not provide libgcr-base-3.so, and devel/libpeas is
2.0.7 while geary needs libpeas-1.0, so depend on security/gcr3 and
devel/libpeas1 instead.  Also move to libsoup3 and webkit2-gtk at 41,
add misc/iso-codes, and drop libcanberra and libunwind.

Delete patch-meson.build, superseded by USES=localbase:ldflags, and
add patch-src_engine_api_geary-client-service.vala to map logind D-Bus
names to ConsoleKit; 46.0 started using logind, which MidnightBSD does
not have.

Drop PATCHFILES; all three GNOME commit diffs fixed 40.0-era bugs and
are upstream in 46.0.

Built and packaged on amd64.
