  mail/mutt: update to 2.4.1

mutt 2.4.0 reformatted the entire source tree, so all eight carried
feature patches failed on whitespace context.  Each was re-anchored by
hand against pristine 2.4.1 and reindented to upstream's new style.
None of the features were upstreamed; each was checked for by grepping
2.4.1 for its distinctive symbol.

FreeBSD deleted this whole feature-patch set in 2023, so mports now
carries it alone with no upstream counterpart to sync from.

Delete extra-patch-quote; the QUOTE_PATCH option was removed long ago
and nothing in the Makefile references the file.

Add docbook-xsl and libxslt to DOCS_BUILD_DEPENDS.

Built and packaged on amd64 with default options.
