  dns/zns: update to 0.6.0 (#878)

Updates ZNS to 0.6.0 and drops the obsolete test patch.

Validation: bmake package, portlint -C, git diff --check.

## Summary by Sourcery

Update the zns port to version 0.6.0 and remove obsolete compatibility
changes.

Enhancements:
- Update the zns port to release 0.6.0 and require Go 1.26 or newer.
- Clarify the JSON option as installing jq for JSON output support.

Tests:
- Remove the obsolete test patch.

Chores:
- Refresh the port distinfo for the new upstream release.
