  devel/libgnt: update to 2.14.4 (#945)

Updates libgnt from 2.14.3 to 2.14.4.\n\nTracks the upstream -dev
distfile and updated shared-library filename, and moves the existing
project URL into the Makefile. Existing GPLv2 metadata is
retained.\n\nValidation: bmake makesum, patch, build, fake, package,
test (no tests defined), check-license, portlint -C (0 fatal), and git
diff --check.

Enhancements:
- Update libgnt to version 2.14.4 and track its upstream development
distfile.
- Refresh the shared-library packaging metadata and add the project
homepage to the port metadata.
