  x11/zenity: update to 3.44.5 (#952)

Updates Zenity to 3.44.5 and corrects its license declaration to
LGPL-2.1-or-later.\n\nValidated with makesum, patch, build, fake,
package, check-license, portlint -C, and git diff --check.

Update the Zenity port to the 3.44.5 release with current metadata and
build configuration.

Enhancements:
- Update Zenity to version 3.44.5 and refresh its port metadata,
including the project homepage and LGPL-2.1-or-later license
declaration.
- Remove obsolete GNOME internationalization integration and the
workaround for the newer build configuration.
