  filesystems/libgedit-gfls: correct package manifest (#966)

Adds the 0.4.1 public headers and installed translations that were
omitted from the package manifest.\n\nValidated: `bmake patch`, `bmake
build`, `bmake fake`, `bmake package`, `bmake test`, `bmake
check-license`, `portlint -C`, and `git diff --check`.
