  x11-toolkits/libadwaita: update to 1.8.5.1 (#960)

Updates libadwaita to 1.8.5.1.

Adds a test-only Xvfb dependency so the GTK UI test suite runs
headlessly.

Validated: bmake makesum, patch, build, fake, package, test (66/66),
check-license, portlint -C (0 fatals), and git diff --check.

headless test support.

- Update libadwaita to version 1.8.5.1 and refresh its packaging
metadata.
- Enable shared library and icon installation support and restore the

configuration.

- Add Xvfb-backed test support so the GTK UI tests can run without a
physical display.
