  games/atomix: update to 44.0 (#973)

Updates Atomix to 44.0 and corrects its verified GPLv2-or-later
declaration.\n\nValidated: `bmake makesum`, `bmake patch`, `bmake
build`, `bmake fake`, `bmake package`, `bmake test`, `bmake
check-license`, `portlint -C`, and `git diff --check`.
