  audio/gnome-podcasts: update to 25.3 (#967)

Updates GNOME Podcasts from 0.7.1 to 25.3.\n\nValidated with bmake
makesum, patch, build, fake, package, test (upstream defines 0 tests),
check-license, portlint, and git diff --check.
