  math/gnome-calculator: update to 47.3 (#978)

Updates GNOME Calculator from 3.38.2 to 47.3.

Includes a small compatibility patch for the available libsoup 3 Vala
API and refreshes dependencies, plist, and framework metadata.

Validation:
- bmake makesum
- bmake patch
- bmake
- bmake fake
- bmake package
- bmake test (7/7 passed)
- bmake check-license
- portlint -C . (no fatal errors; existing generic
desktop-file-utils/NLS warnings)
- git diff --check

dependencies and packaging with the modern GNOME platform.
