  cad/librnd: update to 4.5.0 (#1134)

Updates librnd to 4.5.0. GTK4 and Motif are now supported upstream
defaults; the Motif compatibility warning is passed explicitly. The
existing MidnightBSD configure lookup is extended to the upstream-used
OpenGL probe.

The staged SONAME remains lib/librnd-hid.so.4, so no general ABI
revision bump is required.

Validation passed: bmake makesum, patch, build, fake, package, test
(full suite), check-license, portlint -C, and git diff --check.

## Summary by Sourcery

Update the librnd port to version 4.5.0 and enable its newly supported
default GUI options.

New Features:
- Update librnd to the 4.5.0 release with GTK4 and Motif enabled by
default.

Enhancements:
- Retain the existing librnd SONAME while aligning configuration
detection and Motif compatibility handling with upstream 4.5.0.
