  deskutils/gnote: update to 50.2 (#1245)

Updates Gnote from 47.2 to 50.2.

- Resets PORTREVISION to 0.
- Updates the libgnote SONAME entries from .so.1 to .so.0.
- Adds icon-cache package handling for staged icons.

Validation: bmake makesum, patch, build, fake, package, test (3/3),
check-license, portlint -C (only retained work-tree fatal), and git diff
--check.

A direct consumer scan found no mports linked against libgnote, so no
dependent revision bumps are necessary.

## Summary by Sourcery

Update the Gnote desktop utility port to the 50.2 release.

Enhancements:
- Update Gnote to version 50.2 and align its packaged library SONAME
entries with the new release.
- Enable icon-cache handling for staged Gnote icons.

Chores:
- Reset the port revision for the version update and remove the obsolete
version restriction.
