  net/py-aiohappyeyeballs: add 2.7.1

Happy Eyeballs (RFC 8305) for asyncio.  Allows connecting from an
existing list of addrinfo rather than an unresolved DNS name, which
suits callers using DNS caching or alternate resolvers such as zeroconf.

Needed as a run dependency by www/py-aiohttp 3.14+.
