  editors/gnome-text-editor: update to 51.0 (#1307)

Update GNOME Text Editor to 51.0.\n\nThe source is GPL-3.0-or-later
(COPYING, SPDX headers, and AppStream metadata), so the port license is
corrected from gpl2+ to gpl3+.\n\nValidation:\n- bmake makesum, patch,
build, fake, package\n- bmake test (2/2 desktop and AppStream checks)\n-
bmake check-license\n- staged payload matches pkg-plist, excluding
framework-owned schema/license entries\n- git diff --check\n\nportlint
reports only the generated work/ and .mport artifact fatals, retained
for inspection.
