  net/gnome-online-accounts: update to 3.57.1 (#1308)

Update GNOME Online Accounts to 3.57.1.\n\nRemoves the obsolete
windows_live Meson argument; the provider was removed upstream. The
existing Kerberos, Microsoft Graph, and documentation policy remains
disabled.\n\nValidation:\n- bmake makesum, patch, build, fake,
package\n- bmake test (Meson: no tests defined)\n- bmake
check-license\n- staged payload matches pkg-plist, excluding
framework-owned schema/license entries\n- git diff --check\n\nportlint
reports only the preserved work/ artifact fatal plus standard
NLS/PORTREVISION/maintainer advisories.
