  deskutils/baobab: update to 50.0 (#1311)

Update Baobab to 50.0.\n\nRetains the existing MidnightBSD desktop
MimeType adjustment and all existing icon cache
handling.\n\nValidation:\n- bmake makesum, patch, build, fake,
package\n- bmake test (1/1 AppStream validation)\n- bmake
check-license\n- staged payload matches pkg-plist\n- regenerated package
after plist update\n- git diff --check\n\nportlint reports only the
preserved work/ artifact fatal and existing advisory warnings.

## Summary by Sourcery

Update the Baobab port to release 50.0.

Enhancements:
- Update the Baobab desktop disk usage analyzer port to version 50.0
while preserving its existing desktop integration and icon cache
behavior.

Tests:
- Refresh the package file list for the Baobab 50.0 release.
