  games/quadrapassel: update to 51.0 (#1315)

Updates Quadrapassel to 51.0 and migrates it to GTK4/libadwaita.

The release embeds libgnome-games-support 3.0.0, so its shared-library
dependency is removed; Manette, OpenAL, libsndfile, and Blueprint
Compiler are declared explicitly.

Validation: bmake makesum, patch, build, fake, package, test (2/2),
check-license, and git diff --check.

Depends on #1314 for libmanette 0.2.13.

to the current GTK4/libadwaita release.
