  mail/evolution: update to 3.61.3 (#1349)

Update Evolution to 3.61.3 and reset PORTREVISION. This release no
longer uses the removed gnome-autoar GTK helper; the dependency now
targets generic libgnome-autoar-0. The staged package manifest was
refreshed from the 3.61.3 install tree while retaining option-specific
entries. Validated makesum, patch, build, fake, package, test,
check-license, portlint (no source fatals), and git diff --check. This
is coordinated with EDS 3.61.3 and unblocks Autoar 0.5.2 once both
updates are reviewed.
