  databases/evolution-data-server: update to 3.61.3 (#1350)

Update Evolution Data Server to 3.61.3 and refresh the two ABI filenames
changed by this release. LICENSE remains lgpl+; INSTALLS_ICONS and
existing SQLite compatibility patch are retained. Validated makesum,
patch, build, fake, package, test target, check-license, and git diff
--check. This is coordinated with Evolution 3.61.3, which removes the
obsolete gnome-autoar GTK helper dependency and unblocks Autoar 0.5.2.
