  mail/evolution-ews: bump PORTREVISION for EDS ABI (#1351)

Bump PORTREVISION 3 to 4 because Evolution Data Server 3.61.3 advances
the libedataserver/libcamel ABI filenames. No source or loader-hook
changes. Validated bmake -V PORTREVISION, portlint (0 fatal), and git
diff --check.
