  x11/py-xcffib: update to 1.11.2 (#1371)

Update xcffib from 0.9.0 to 1.11.2 and switch to PEP 517 packaging. The
obsolete generated _ffi.py plist entries were removed; the current wheel
ships the generated bindings directly.

Validation: bmake makesum, patch, build, fake, package, test,
check-license, and git diff --check passed. PORTREVISION was removed per
version-bump policy.

Update the xcffib Python port to the current release with modern
packaging and streamlined installed-file handling.

Enhancements:
- Update the xcffib port to version 1.11.2 and modernize it for PEP 517
packaging.
- Refresh the port metadata and dependencies for the current xcffib
release.

Chores:
- Remove obsolete plist entries for generated bindings and reset the
port revision for the version update.
