  x11/gdm: update to 49.4 (#1372)

Update GDM from 47.0 to 49.4.

Preserves MidnightBSD ConsoleKit/PAM compatibility and systemd-disabled
behavior, updates portability patches, fixes introspection linking to
prefer the build-tree libgdm, and refreshes the plist for files removed
upstream.

Validation: bmake clean build fake package test check-license and git
diff --check passed. Meson test: 1/1.

Update the GDM port to 49.4 while retaining MidnightBSD compatibility
and non-systemd support.

Bug Fixes:
- Preserve compatibility with MidnightBSD ConsoleKit/PAM environments
while updating GDM.
- Fix introspection builds to use the newly built GDM library.

Enhancements:
- Update the GDM port to version 49.4 and refresh its portability
patches and installed-file list.
- Maintain operation without systemd by disabling systemd unit
installation and related behavior.
