  sysutils/gnome-settings-daemon: update to 51.0 (#1373)

Update GNOME Settings Daemon from 47.2 to 51.0.

Changes include the current GNOME source location, systemd-unit disable
for mport compatibility, refreshed ConsoleKit compatibility patch, and
plist updates for the renamed include/library paths and locales.
Existing pixbuf/query-loader hooks and UCL-free mport behavior are
preserved.

Validation: bmake makesum, patch, build, fake, package, test (2 passed,
10 skipped due unavailable hardware/display), check-license, portlint -C
(0 fatal), and git diff --check.

packaging configuration with the newer release.

- Update GNOME Settings Daemon to version 51.0 with refreshed source,
