  archivers/gnome-autoar: update to 0.5.2 (#1367)

Update gnome-autoar to 0.5.2. Removes the obsolete GTK helper
dependency/API, switches documentation to gi-docgen, refreshes plist and
enables ldconfig. Evolution 3.61.3 in current master now depends only on
libgnome-autoar-0. Full build, fake, package, test, license check, and
diff check passed; no tests are defined upstream.

Update the gnome-autoar port to 0.5.2 and align its dependencies,
documentation support, linker configuration, and packaged files with the
new release.

Enhancements:
- Update gnome-autoar to version 0.5.2 with the current license,
documentation tooling, and runtime linker configuration.
- Remove the obsolete GTK dependency and refresh the package contents
for the new release.

Build:
- Switch optional documentation generation from gtk-doc to gi-docgen.
