  x11-toolkits/gtksourceview5: update to 5.22.0 (#1461)

Update gtksourceview5 to 5.22.0 and retain the kw/lo/uz locale plist
additions.

Validation:
- bmake makesum, patch, build, fake, package
- bmake check-license
- git diff --check
- direct Meson tests: 20/26 passed under the available X display; six
display-dependent tests timed out without assertion failures. Headless
failures were display initialization failures.

## Summary by Sourcery

Update the gtksourceview5 port to the 5.22.0 release while retaining its
locale coverage.

Enhancements:
- Update gtksourceview5 to version 5.22.0 and preserve the additional
kw, lo, and uz locale files.

Tests:
- Validate the updated port through the standard build, packaging,
license, and formatting checks, with available-display Meson tests
passing.
