  textproc/yelp-xsl: update to 49.0 (#1462)

Update Yelp XSL stylesheets from 42.4 to 49.0. Upstream retains the
existing GPL2+/LGPL2.1+/MIT multi-license and the staged file list is
unchanged.

Validation: bmake makesum, patch, build, fake, package, test (3/3),
check-license, and git diff --check.
