  x11-toolkits/gtkmm40: update to 4.24.0 (#1468)

Update gtkmm40 from 4.22.0 to 4.24.0.

- Refresh distinfo.
- Remove the obsolete upstream-removed class_shared.m4 plist entry.
- Retain PORTREVISION=0 and MidnightBSD staging behavior.

Validation: makesum, patch, isolated staged build (379/379), fake,
package, bmake test (no tests defined), check-license, and git diff
--check. The build was validated against staged GTK4 4.24 and glibmm
2.90 updates.
