  x11-wm/mutter: update to 50.5 (#1469)

Updates Mutter to 50.5 and refreshes the API-18 plist.

Validation: bmake makesum, patch, build (751/751), fake, package, test
(1/1), check-license, portlint source checks, and git diff --check.

MidnightBSD compatibility patches were refreshed for non-Linux
logind/helper/Xwayland behavior. GTK4, PipeWire, and Glycin were
validated from isolated staged packages; no host packages were installed
or removed.

Update the Mutter port to 50.5 while preserving MidnightBSD
compatibility across supported non-Linux integrations.

- Refresh MidnightBSD compatibility patches for logind, helper, and
Xwayland behavior on non-Linux systems.

- Update Mutter to version 50.5 and align its Wayland build
configuration with the refreshed upstream API.
- Refresh the API-18 package plist for the new Mutter release.
