  devel/libdex: update to 1.2.0 (#1472)

Update libdex from 1.1.0 to 1.2.0.

Changes:
- refresh distinfo
- add headers newly installed by 1.2.0
- retain LGPL-2.1-or-later metadata and PORTREVISION=0

Validation: bmake makesum, patch, build, fake, package, test (no tests
defined), check-license, git diff --check. Portlint reports only
generated work/package artifact fatals and existing warnings.

Update the libdex devel port to the 1.2.0 release.

Enhancements:
- Update the libdex port to version 1.2.0 and include its newly
installed public headers.

Chores:
- Refresh the port distinfo for the new libdex release while retaining
the existing license metadata and port revision.
