  x11-themes/adwaita-icon-theme: update to 51.0 (#1473)

Update Adwaita icon theme from 50.0 to 51.0.

- Refresh distinfo
- Add the two folder-projects icons staged by the new release
- Retain the existing legacy-theme dependency, icon-cache integration,
and dual LGPL/CC-BY-SA metadata

Validation: bmake makesum, patch, build, fake, package, test (no tests
defined), check-license, and git diff --check. Portlint reports only
generated work/package artifact fatals and existing warnings.

## Summary by Sourcery

Update the Adwaita icon theme port to version 51.0 while preserving its
existing packaging and integration metadata.

New Features:
- Add the folder-projects icons introduced in Adwaita 51.0.

Enhancements:
- Update the Adwaita icon theme from version 50.0 to 51.0.

Chores:
- Refresh the distinfo for the new release.
