Update to 6.3.8
Regression fixes for KPOP and repoll after server disconnect.
Fix insecure APOP authentication.
Fix master sites for fetching.
Add pkg-message pointing to documenation in rc script.
Install fetchmailrc with 640 since it may contain passwords.
The fetchmailrc.sample file is still installed 644
Remove circular dependency in rcorder by removing the (unnessary) constraint
that fetchmail is started "BEFORE LOGIN". "REQUIRE mail" (which in turn
requires LOGIN) is enough.
Actually respect the `fetchmail_user' variable in single daemon
mode

1. maildir patch was referenced in the Makefile, but not available in the options. I've corrected this and updated the distfile with the latest patch for maildir support. We no longer get fetch errors with that patch.
2. I've added the password file support as an option, but it is disabled by default.
Technically we are in a ports freeze and the second part of this does not fall in the rules. This patch was tested on stargazre with three different iterations of options testing. It does not cover all possible cases, but it should be fairly stable.

Update to 1.0.5.
This is a bugfix release which addresses the following from 1.0.4 and 1.0.5
* Assume a MIME message if Content-Type: header exists, even if
Mime-Version: header doesn't.
- IMAP: CREATE ns_prefix/box/ didn't work right when namespace prefix
existed.
- deliver: plugin {} settings were overriding settings from userdb.
- mbox: Expunging the first message might not have worked always
- PostgreSQL: If we can't connect to server, timeout queries after
a while instead of trying forever.
- Solaris: sendfile() support was broken and could have caused
100% CPU usage and the connection hanging.
And one more thing I forgot from NEWS file:
- IMAP: Fixed infinite loop in some situations
v1.0.4 was a bit bad release.
- deliver: v1.0.4 broke home directory handling
- maildir: Creating mailboxes didn't use dovecot-shared's group for
cur/new/tmp directories.

Update dovecot to 1.0 RC 27... the author claims its really close to a release now. I'll believe that when I see it. Regardless, there have been some interesting mbox fixes I'd like to have.
